CAMBODIAN COFFEE EXPERIENCE
This is an initiative dreamed up by local Cambodians, a journey from crop to cup from the coffee growers, pickers, farmers, sellers, artisan roast masters, brew and blend masters all from Cambodia.
We focus on the traditional skill of hand brew where it is done in the old days as this skill is important to learn and pass on. We welcome anyone to teach us more about the traditional method as we pass this skill to future students.
Without machines, we use different brewing methods to showcase the best brew.
